My DVD recording is a re-creation of a stop smoking session exactly as you would experience if you were to come to my office for a person-to-person session.
I guide you through my pre-hypnotic talk and describe how my approach to hypnotherapy differs from traditional methods. I leading you through three demonstrations that demonstrates your mental powers and how to use them to be a permanent, peaceful, healthy and independent non-smoker; and to feel, behave and to act as though you never did smoke.
When I say permanent I mean from this point in your life until you depart this life’s experience.
Peaceful refers to not only experiencing a relief from the anxieties and irritability many people experience when they try to stop smoking on their own, but also experience a sense of peacefulness about life in general.
When I say healthy, I not only mean the obvious health benefits of being a non-smoker but also not putting on weight.
And independent means it doesn’t matter if people around you smoke or if they don’t smoke. You are independent and in control of your own actions and thoughts.
Demonstrations
These three demonstrations are structured to demonstrate how the hypnotic process works and that you have the ability to use the process to be a Non-Smokier
Pendulum Demonstration
You will learn that the hypnotic process is driven by your perceptions. By creating with your mind a perception while holding a pendulum you can make it swing in any direction you choose without doing anything except perceive it swinging. This is the hypnotic process--your perceptions are messages to your brain and you brain in turn produces the behavior that makes the pendulum swing. I then explain how this demonstration relates to your mental powers (the hypnotic process) and then link it to the realization of your desire to be a non-smoker.
Dictionary/Balloon Demonstration
You learn how your perceptions invoke mental processes that determine how you feel and act. You will then realize how your brain can eliminate the feelings of withdrawal that people experience when trying to stop smoking on their own.
Eye Closure Demonstration
You will discover how you create your own limitations and make things that should be easy seem difficult; just by perceiving that you can’t do it. You will also discover that by simply changing your perceptions, a behavior that seemed difficult to accomplish becomes easy… such as the behavior of being a non-smoker. I reason with you that being a non-smoker is actually easier than smoking.
By watching, listening and taking an active roll while participating in these demonstrations you will realize that you have the mind and brain power to be a permanent, peaceful, healthy and independent non-smoker; and to feel, behave and to act as though you never did smoke.
